AOG
Aircraft-on-Ground — an aircraft unable to fly, blocking revenue until repaired.
ETA
Estimated Time of Arrival — predicted delivery time for a shipment or part.
SLA
Service-Level Agreement — the contractual time or quality commitment for a task or shipment.
Shipment Digital Twin
The unified, deep-linkable page representing one shipment across its full lifecycle.
Operational Intelligence
Continuous analytical layer over the shared operational model, powering trend and root-cause insight.
AI Copilot
The grounded assistant that drafts, recommends and answers based on the shared operational model.
Exception Engine
Rule-based service that flags operational anomalies and pushes them into the task queue.
Shipment Direction
Whether a shipment is import, export, or cross-trade — affects customs handling.
